A rare snowy owl had experts confused when it popped up in Southern California. Far from its usual Arctic tundra habitat. Now as quick as the owl came, it’s gone. The extremely rare animal caused quite the commotion in the neighborhood, with photographers and bird enthusiasts from all over coming to get a glimpse.
