This recipe is very easy and very delicious! This recipe can make 8 of breads!
🍞Ingredients
1. Dough
250g/1.5cup Bread flour
120g/0.5cup Milk
1pc/50g+- Egg
3g/1tsp Instant yeast
25g/2tbsp Sugar
25g Unsalted butter
2. Filling
240g Red bean paste
80g Cream cheese
25g/2tbsp Sugar
10g/2tsp Lemon juice
3. Top
Egg wash
Sesame seeds
Baking suggestions.
1. the milk for hand kneading is better to use warm milk, flour absorption is different, the milk can be increased or decreased, the egg is about 50g without shell, if the egg is too large, it is recommended to reduce some milk
