Stretchy Tiramisu Daifuku!! Tiramisu Mochi | 拉丝Q弹的提拉米苏麻薯 | 提拉米苏雪媚娘

Make these soft, chewy and stretchy tiramisu mochi/Daifuku at home recently. They are yummy and I had lots of fun while kneading the stretchy mochi, just like playing with an edible slime^_^.
You can microwave the mochi skin like I do in the video. Alternatively, you can steam the mochi batter, 25-30 mins or until it's cooked.

做了超好吃的提拉米苏雪媚娘/提拉米苏麻薯。皮软糯Q弹,冷冻或冷藏后吃都各有风味。这次的麻薯外皮是用微波炉弄熟的,但你可以把它放入蒸笼,然后蒸25-30分钟或直到熟为止。

Ingredients:
1)Glutinous Rice Flour – 100g
2)Corn Starch – 30g
3)Sugar – 40g
4)Milk – 200g
5)Butter – 15g
6)Cream Cheese – 110g
7)Sugar - 40g
8)Whipping Cream - 110g
9)Milo - 2 tbsp
10) Cocoa Powder - 2 tbsp
