Only One Proofing Bread Save time Incredible fluffy and Tasty Garlic Cheese Bread 喜欢乳酪面包的一定要收藏,一次发酵❗️想象不到的松软,节省时间,不需预热烤箱,普通面粉加水就能做,味道超好的芝士(起司)蒜香面包!

配方 Ingredients:

面团 Dough:
普通中筋面粉250克 All-purpose flour 250 g 1.5 cup + 4 tbsp
鸡蛋一个带皮54克 Whole egg 54 g +-
室温水110毫升/110克 Room temperature water 110 ml/110 g
酵母3克 Instant yeast 3 g / 1 tsp
白糖15克 Granulated Sugar 15 g / 1 tbsp
盐3克 Salt 3 g 1/2 tsp
橄榄油或其他植物油15毫升 Olive oil or other vegetable oil 15 ml 1 tbsp

蒜蓉酱Garlic Sauce:
蒜4瓣 20克 Garlic 4 cloves 20 g
白糖3克 Granulated Sugar 3 g 1/2 tbsp
盐1.5克 Salt 1.5 g 1/4 tsp
美乃滋(蛋黄酱22毫升) Mayonnaise 22 ml 1 tbsp + 1/2 tbsp
青豆粒40克 Green peas 40 g 1/3 cup (Optional)

马苏里拉奶酪160克 Mozzarella cheese 160 g

Bake in an oven at 170℃/340℉ for 23 minutes or until brownish top
烤箱不用提前预热170℃/340华氏度烤23分钟至表面金黄
