Ingredients (fan size: diameter 15cm, height 7cm)

1 egg
90g sugar, 1g salt, 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
135 g of milk, 10 g of cooking oil (excluding olive oil)
cake flour (or all-purpose flour) 150g
6g baking powder

tip
When the water boils in the pot, start cooking
Cook over medium heat
When using muffin cups, cook for 15 minutes.
