Day 21 - Push Up Weekly Challenge

Todays challenge in in the form of an EMOM. Every minute on the minute perform 5 regular push ups, 5 wide grip push ups and 5 eccentric push ups (I have shown an example of this in the video)! How many rounds can you do in total? Ps. Beginners can do this on their knees ☺️
