#尚食厨房 #shangshikitchen 这个全素蒜香面包从里到外都特别暄软，作为餐前开胃小点心或主食面包都非常好。这是我最喜欢的配方，纯素，不加鸡蛋、黄油、牛奶，糖也可以不加，用料简单，味道纯正。

16 Garlic Bread：
Dough:
375g (2.5 cups) Bread flour 高筋面粉
240g (1 cup) Warm water 温水
4.5g (1.5 tsp) Yeast 酵母粉
10g (3/4 tbsp) Sugar 糖 (optional)
2g (1/4 tsp) Salt 盐
10g (3/4 tbsp) Olive oil 橄榄油
Topping:
8 clove Garlic 蒜
15g (1.125 tbsp) Olive oil 橄榄油
2g (1/4 tsp) Salt 盐
