相信很多人都有一个蛋糕情节,小时候吃的那个蛋糕总是最好吃,我就想再次呈现那时蛋糕的形状和色、香、味。(三无产品:无水、无酵母粉、无泡打粉)

Ingredients:
1 cup 低筋面粉(120g cake flour)

1/2 cup 细砂白糖(100g granulated white sugar 1)
1/4 tsp 盐(1 gram Salt)
1/4 cup 奶 (60 ml/grams) milk
1/4 cup 蔬菜油 (60 ml/grams vegetable, or corn, canola, safflower oil)
4 个大号鸡蛋黄 (large egg yolks (60 grams), at room temperature)

4 个大号鸡蛋白large egg whites (120 grams), at room temperature
1/4 tsp 柠檬汁 (1 gram) Lemon juice
1 tbsp 细砂白糖(12.5 g granulated white sugar 2 )
