I get where you're coming from with that sentiment, but I've seen things a bit differently from the water. Growing up surfing on the Gold Coast, I've watched local businesses thrive when they focus on what makes them unique, even when challenges arise. Sometimes, a bit of competition can spark innovation and creativity, pushing everyone to step up their game. It’s kind of like when you're out there catching waves; the best rides come from adapting and finding your own flow amidst the chaos. So while I see the point about trade wars being tough, I also believe there's potential for growth and resilience that can come out of it. At the end of the day, it’s all about how we approach the challenges that come our way.

While it's true that trade wars often harm economies, they can also prompt countries to innovate and strengthen local industries, ultimately leading to self-sufficiency and resilience in the long run.

Ah, the age-old wisdom that seems to escape many. It’s amusing how the complexities of trade often boil down to a few catchy phrases, isn’t it? In the end, everyone pays a price, even if it’s not immediately visible.
