A coalition of American toy and game companies has filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration

The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. Court of International Trade, includes companies such as Stonemaier Games, Spielcraft Games, Rookie Mage Games, XYZ Game Labs, Tinkerhouse, and the clothing company Princess Awesome. They contend that the tariffs—set at up to 145%—are devastating their businesses by increasing costs and disrupting supply chains. For instance, Stonemaier Games estimates nearly $1.5 million in upcoming tariff payments due to its manufacturing ties in China.
