By purchasing ads on Vidude.com, advertisers acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

5. Campaign Adjustments

If you encounter issues with your campaign, such as incorrect targeting or content errors, we encourage you to contact our support team. While refunds are not available, we will work with you to make necessary adjustments to ensure the campaign meets your expectations.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the rare event of:

  • A technical error on Vidude.com’s platform that prevents your ad from being published.
  • A billing error resulting in overpayment or duplicate charges.

Refund requests for these exceptions must be submitted within 14 days of the payment date.
