• All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Pricing is based on a pay-per-click (PPC) or pay-per-impression (PPM) model, and Vidude Ads Subscription, as agreed upon at the time of purchase.

6. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Vidude.com does not offer refunds for advertising services under any circumstances.

7. Performance Disclaimer

Vidude.com does not guarantee specific outcomes, including clicks, impressions, or conversions. Advertisers are responsible for monitoring and optimizing their campaigns.

8. Advertiser Responsibilities

• Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of their ad content.
• Any claims made in the ads must be truthful and substantiated.

9. Ad Placement

• Vidude.com determines the placement and display of ads on the platform.
• While we strive for optimal visibility, placement is not guaranteed.

10. Termination of Service

Vidude.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any ad campaign that violates these terms or adversely affects our platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

Vidude.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our ad services, including but not limited to lost revenue or business opportunities.

Advertisers agree to indemnify and hold Vidude.com harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their ad content or use of our services.

• Advertisers must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws.
• Vidude.com may collect and use data to improve ad performance and user experience.

14. Changes to Terms
