Handmade Turkish Dumblings according to Grandma's Recipe, that's how we present Turkish Dumplings with Minced Meat and Spinach in this Traditional Turkish Street Food Episode.
These Turkish Dumplings are called “Manti”, which are all individually filled and sealed by Hand, after cooking they are covered with Yogurt and a very unique Butter and Pepper Sauce and topped with various Spices.
With her Family Business, Duygu brings Traditional Turkish Street Food to Berlin and tries to give Guests a completely new Taste Experience using Classic Craftsmanship. There are some machine-made manti, but those made by hand have different tastes simply because of the dough production.
Their many Regular Customers clearly show that there is a big difference in Taste and we also think what Duygu`s Grandma has achieved is an absolute Taste Explosion. “Afiyet Olsun” = Bon Appetit!
