■チュロスの材料　170℃　　
無塩バター…20g　
牛乳…160ml
グラニュー糖…10g
はちみつ…10g 　　　　
　　　　　　　　　
薄力粉…100g
全卵…120g　　　　　　　　
(Lサイズ2個分)

グラニュー糖やチョコレートなどで飾り付けをして完成　　　　　

①鍋に牛乳とバター、グラニュー糖、はちみつを入れて沸かす。
②沸いたら火を止めてふるった粉を加え馴染ませる。
※火を止めずに粉を加えるとだまになるので注意です。
③全体がなじんだら全卵を何回かに分けて加える。
④生地を絞り袋に入れお好みの形に絞ってサラダ油で揚げる。
⑤焼き上がりは熱いうちにグラニュー糖をまぶす。
※冷めてしまうとグラニュー糖が付着しにくくなります。


■Churros recipes
20g…butter
160ml…milk
10g…Granulated sugar
10g…honey

100g…Flour
120g…Whole egg

1 Put milk and butter, granulated sugar and honey in a pot and boil.
Turn off the heat when 2 boiling and add flour to make it familiar.
※ Because it will be cheated if you add powder without stopping the fire.
3 If whole is familiar add whole eggs in several times.
4 Put the dough in a squeeze bag and squeeze it into the desired shape, lightly apply salad oil and bake in the oven.
5 Bake with granulated sugar while hot.
※ It becomes difficult to adhere granulated sugar when it gets cold.
