R E C I P E
Ingredients

600g white chocolate
200g double cream

Method

Place the white chocolate pieces in the mixing bowl. Chop 10 Sec. / Speed 9. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.
Pour the double cream in the mixing bowl. Warm 3 Min. / 100C / Speed 2. Add the white chocolate and stir 2 Min. / Speed 3. You can now either leave the chocolate in the mixing bowl to cool and refrigerate for about 30-45 minutes until you have reached the best consistency for piping or decorating or place in a Thermi Servebowl. To do this, simply place the medium servebowl in the freezer for 10 minutes while making the ganache. Then pour in the ganache and cover with the lid. Refrigerate until the desired consistency is reached. You can also refrigerate a day ahead and to create the perfect consistency, remove from the fridge about 45 minutes before you are ready to use. Cream 20 Sec. / Speed 4.
