When you come to Japan, eating fresh tuna is a MUST! Japan is sometimes known for TUNA CUTTING or TUNA “DEMOLITION” shows where chefs showcase their amazing knife skills. At Maguro Shouten, a giant Bluefin TUNA is cut into all of the best pieces every night! Hungry customers battle at “rock paper scissors” for the ultimate bites of the TUNA including the bone collagen! It is easy to order food here, using their tablets that have Japanese, English and Chinese menus.
