In this video, MINI How-To shows you, how to change the MINI key’s appearance with the optional John Cooper Works key cap and lanyard.Lift the cover by removing the integrated key from the vehicle key. Just press the button and pull it out at the same time. Then push the integrated key into the opening and lift the cover. Now pull the key ring off, and put the JCW one on. Don’t forget to put the cover back on. Now it’s time to connect the JCW lanyard to your vehicle key. Just remove the safety pin, put the vehicle key into the lanyard and put the pin back in to secure the lanyard.
