Today, I'll teach you one of the best bibimbap recipes - ever! We tried this dish at Bonjuk - which is a Korean conjee restaurant. We were impressed by the combination of ingredients in the bowl. It included a delicious bulgogi. Gondre (Korean Thistle) Namul, Siraegi (Radish Green) Namul, and Mu (Korean Radish) Namul. Along with sauteed Shiitake Mushrooms, Carrots, and Zucchini. Top it off with our bibimbap sauce... and you got hands-down one of the best bibimbap in Seoul!
