Shruti hails from Pune, Maharashtra. She completed her Graduation in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering in 2008 from the Government College of Engineering, Amravati. She worked as an Associate Consultant with IBM for 7.5 years (2008-2015) before leaving the job due to her pregnancy. Later in 2017, she joined Amazon as a Customer Service Associate. She has always been interested in the field of Data Science/Consulting, and in 2021 she wanted a job as an Analyst/Consulting role. Still, even though she had good experience, it was difficult for her due to the career break. The technology had evolved, and she decided to upskill. After doing the course, she got hired by Tech Mahindra in the Business Analyst role, and she gives the entire credit for it to Simplilearn.
