Chocolate Cheese Layered Cake | No Bake 免烤巧克力芝士千层蛋糕
This steamed chocolate cheese layered cake tastes very similar to the brownie cheesecake. The chocolate layer is rich and moist, complemented with light and creamy cheesecake, a perfect balanced bite.
这个巧克力芝士蛋糕是布朗尼芝士的亲戚,口感相似,只是一个是蒸的,而另一个是烤的。从小就习惯做砂劳越千层蛋糕过年。在国外的缘故,不容易买到部分制作蛋糕的材料,所以我就地取材,选了这款巧克力芝士蛋糕。它的口感浓郁湿润,室温和冷藏都各有风味。虽然层次不多,但胜在成品简单利落,比起那些需要蒸个7-8层的蛋糕省时很多。
Ingredients For Chocolate Cake:
1)Butter – 120g
2)Sugar – 60g
3)Egg – 2
4)Condensed Milk – 60g
5)Milk – 70g
6)Cake flour – 120g
7)Cocoa Powder – 25g
8)Baking Powder – 2g
Ingredients For Cheese Layer:
1)Cream Cheese – 226g
2)Sugar – 45g
3)Egg – 1 个
4)Cake Flour – 10g
*All ingredients must be at room temperature.
*Steam with low heat so the cake surface is more even.

巧克力蛋糕材料:
1)牛油 – 120g

3)蛋 – 2 个
4)炼奶 – 60g
5)鲜奶 – 70g
6)低筋面粉 – 120g
7)可可粉 – 25g
8)泡打粉 – 2g
芝士层材料:
1)奶油奶酪 – 226g
2)白糖 – 45g
3)蛋 – 1 个
4)低筋面粉 – 10g
*材料都必须是室温。
*要用小火蒸,蛋糕的表面会比较平整美观。
