FAST Heroes is a stroke awareness campaign designed as an interactive school-based education program for children in Malaysia. The FAST acronym stands for Facial Droop, Arm Weakness, Speech Difficulty and Time to call an ambulance 999 when stroke strikes. The programme is an award-winning educational initiative aimed at raising awareness of stroke symptoms and the need for speedy action. Young children can help to seek urgent medical care when stroke strikes among their elderly family members.

The programme was first developed by the Department of Education and Social Policy, University of Macedonia since 2017, and supported by the ANGELs Initiative locally. The ANGELs Initiative has actively worked with the Malaysia Stroke Council (MSC) to drive local education in Malaysia.
