“I want you to be a professional”- How often do we hear this statement, and do we understand what it means?

The truth is that it is hard to navigate ourselves and to see where we stand in this “professionalism” universe. Still, we must strive to become professionals, whether junior or senior software engineers. We need to know when to speak and when to listen, when to lead and when to be a team player.

To be or become a true IT professional, we must plan and see the “big picture” all the time; we need to be flexible enough to adjust to any changes and know how to self-control.
