The idea came when I saw an unusual flower pot, so than I taught to myself I can recreate it and make it edible.

Ingredients 👇
🔪Chocolate mousse
180g dark chocolate melted
220g egg whites ( pasteurized if you have any concern)
40g caster sugar

Chocolate sauce
50g dark chocolate
150g whipping cream

50g roasted hazelnuts at 170°c 10min

40g zahăr tos

Sos de ciocolată
50g ciocolată neagră
150g frișcă lichidă

50g alune de pădure prăjite la 170°c 10min
