This week, we tour a very interesting 3A resale HDB unit in Little India. At 807 square feet, it may not be the biggest space on paper, but in reality the open glass design does make it feel a lot more bright and spacious. Homeowners Harry and Arthur were going for a minimalist and somewhat industrial theme, and fell in love with this resale HDB unit as it had a very different layout which others may typically shun - but the resulting makeover is an impressive one indeed.

So instead of the common bedroom, this is now their dining and "study" area. They also knocked down the walls to the master bedroom, and replaced it with a glass sliding door. This keeps the air-con in and also makes the space look even more open. Their master bedroom also features a very unique concealed door (that leads to the bathroom).
