一條400克重黃花魚 400g Yellow Croaker fish
配料: Garnish:
四片薑(切絲) 4 slices of ginger (thinly sliced)
芹菜適量 Handful of Chinese celery
一隻紅椒仔 1 red chilli
兩棵蔥 Handful of spring onion
芫荽兩棵 Handful of corriander
調味料: Marinade:
半茶匙糖 1/2 tsp sugar
一湯匙潮州豆醬 1 TBS Chiu Chow bean sauce
半茶匙生抽 1/2 tsp soy sauce
200毫升清水 200ml water
