金瓜季节还没完,继续采用新鲜金瓜做了金瓜烙饼。制作做法直接,材料简单,免烤箱食谱,每家每户都可以做。这次做了3种口味,原味,和情缤咖时,芝士内馅口味。做好饼胚外面还裹上面包糠,用了低温煎的方式来烙饼,烙到按压面团会回弹,即可捞出。煎好放温立刻吃,外部面包糠的黄金酥脆,内部糯米的软糯,金瓜香加上香甜和情缤咖时,或是咸香芝士内馅衬托,撕开来,拉丝长得相机差点拍不完,好好吃。
收藏方式:煎好放温立刻吃,口感最佳。完全冷却,收在密封容器,室温可存留2-3天,吃前弄热回酥再温吃。
Pumpkin season is not over yet, continue to use fresh pumpkin to make Pumpkin Sticky Rice Cake/Pumpkin Pancakes/Pumpkin Biscuits. The making process is straightforward, simple ingredients and no bake recipe that can be made in every household. This time I made 3 flavors, original flavor, Lotus Biscoff, and Cheese fillings flavors. The dough are covered with bread crumbs, pan-fried at low temperature, till dough rebound when pressing will do. Eat straight after warm, bread crumbs on the outside are golden and crispy, glutinous rice on the inside is soft and glutinous, the fragrance of pumpkin is added with sweet Lotus Biscoff, or the Salty cheese fillings as contrast. When pull apart, the stringpull effect long till almost out of camera shot, so delicious.
Storage Method: Best eaten once pan-fried. Cool completely, store them in airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days, heat it up to crisp back then eat them warm.

=糯米皮 8份 (1份50克无馅 + 7份36克有馅)=
125克 金瓜果肉(大火蒸10分钟)
30-35克 牛奶
15克 无盐牛油
20克 细纱糖
125克 糯米粉
5克 粘米粉
1克 盐
=馅料 7份 (10克/份)=
12克 和情缤咖时焦糖饼干(杆碎)
28克和情缤咖时涂抹酱
30克 芝士碎
8克 糯米粉
80克 水
黑白芝麻
