8-10 Chinese long donuts ( youtiao) 8-10根大油条
all-purpose flour 350g 中筋面粉350克
lukewarm water 190ml 温水190毫升
instant yeast 3g (1tsp) 酵母3克
white sugar 3 (1/2tsp) (optional) 白糖3克(选项)
vegetable oil 15ml 食用油15毫升
baking powder 5g (1/2tsp + 1/4tsp) 无铝泡打粉5克
salt 5g (1tsp) 盐5克
whole egg 55g+- 一个鸡蛋55克左右
vegetable oil for frying 食用油炸油条
oil temperature 160 - 165℃ 油温160 - 165℃
Every flour absorbs liquid differently, so add up flour or less water if your dough mixture turned out too wet)面粉不同吸水性等会有所不同,可以适量调整水量或面粉量.
