Each of our 4, 10 minute video workouts is designed to fit into your active life, so you’ll have time to get your sweat on with us no matter what. How you choose to work these videos into your existing fitness routines is completely up to you. Think of it as a mini workout plan that you can repeat every week, increasing speed and difficulty to build strength and flexibility throughout your entire body.

The only equipment you’ll need to join in on the fun is a fitness mat, a wi-fi connection and you (ok and maybe some cute Lorna Jane Activewear too).
