I found the cheapest house in Christchurch which is the city I live in New Zealand (known for the Christchurch earthquake). Price of houses are going up so fast but in this video I go over how to buy this budget 2 bedroom flat with single income and show it is possible even on minimum wage.

This place is only $210,000 if sold for the advertised price which may be different from the actual purchase price but we will go with this price tag. You can get a home with a 5% deposit but there are special conditions which must be meet so I just went with the standard Owner Occupied 20% deposit. I would consider this a great step into Real Estate which is a step forward into your wealth creation.

Buying your own home doesn’t have to be a dream, however you also have to be practical and buy with in your means and also within your budget. Its so easy to get caught up into what other people have especially with social media but reality is not always like that and your journey can start here for home ownership.
