Long term EV group test between the Peugeot e2008, Vauxhall Corsa-e and Citroen E-C4. They share drivetrains and batteries, but they are different beasts. This is our real world long term review of life with a Vauxhall Corsa-e (the Mokka-e mini SUV was not available at this time for longer than a week), the Peugeot e-2008 and Citroen's E-C4 electric cars.

Since January 2021 Jonny has been driving these three offerings by motor giant Stellantis (the new umbrella title for former FCA and PSA groups Citroen, Vauxhall, Fiat, Peugeot, Dodge, DS, Jeep, Alfa Romeo, Maserati, Opel - and a few besides)The smaller sized family EV market is booming at the moment, and not before time.

Thanks for stopping by the Late Brake Show.

Electric cars under £35,000 will keep increasing in numbers as government legislation, global warming awareness and company car taxes favour the zero tailpipe vehicle. As an early adopter of EV road and race cars, Jonny was keen to see what these cars might be like to live with beyond the usual few days or week. Spoiler alert - the Citroen is the most comfy, Corsa the quickest and the Peugeot has the biggest boot. See below for the trim levels of each car and respective pricing.
