Component (Frame Size: Diameter 15cm, Height 7cm)
3 egg yolks, 40g sugar (A), 1 pinch of salt
30g cooking oil (except olive), 40g milk, vanilla extract
70g wheat flour, 2g baking powder
Meringue: 3 egg whites, sugar (B) 50g

▶ Recipe

1. Egg yolk, sugar (A), salt and mix lightly.
2. Add cooking oil, milk, vanilla extract and mix lightly.
3. Sift flour and baking powder and mix.
4. Meringue: add egg white and sugar (B). 4-5 minutes high speed mixing-30 seconds low speed mixing. (Add sugar three times)
5. Mix the meringue in the dough. (I add it three times)
6. Bake the cake in a preheated oven and allow it to cool completely.

Egg, milk room temperature 30 minutes
Preheat the oven.
