How did it take this long for Heartlake City to get a park? Lego Friends Build & Review
This is the year that Heartlake City got a park. I mean, I assume it already had one but we had to imagine what it looked like in Lego form. Well, wonder no longer, for now we have Lego Friends Heartlake City Park 41447. It's not anywhere as big as I would have like but that would have made it much more expensive I suppose, but a girl can dream. There's a heap of little story starters going on in this build, it's just adorable - there's a toddler birthday party, a romantic swan boat ride and a gazebo with a spinning floor. Even the squirrel gets multiple places to stash her nuts. The trees have easter eggs with 'Elvendale' and 'J+A' carved into them, but who the heck is 'P♡E'? I'm baffled. It's a lovely set though and I'm already making plans to expand it.
Hi! If you've just dropped by, I'm Ellie! Stick around and I'll build for you while I review new sets. I tend to geek out about new pieces, interesting building techniques, giggle too much and just generally ramble. I'm easily distracted so I get stuff wrong which I fix up, mostly, but in the end there is always an awesome model ready for play and display. Huzzah for Lego, the building and creating tool for anybody, no matter what age you are!
