50 KG Beef heart traditional Kosha style curry recipe and winter Holoi cake making by village ladies for whole village people.

This holoi cake also called in Village "Chitoi Pitha" and very much popular cake in town and village as street food.

This is traditional cake making for about 300+ people of village. Everyone get 2 pieces of cake. This cake look like idli of south india.

First women cutting about 50 pieces of cow heart into small small pieces beef meat.

Then they mixed all kind of spice ingredient to cook delicious beef heart curry.

In the mean time others women prepared to make this huge Holoi/chitoi cake.

After finish making about 700 pieces of traditional cake and finish cooking delicious cow heart curry, women serve the food to whole village people.
