Nakagawa-machi is a small town located in Tochigi prefecture. It's a place of natural beauty and has a charm unlike anywhere else. They also have lots of local specialties including soba noodles, which are especially delicious here. On this video, we're going to be learning how to make soba from a soba noodle master.
