*먹물 모닝빵
밀가루 250g, 설탕30g, 소금3g, 이스트3g
우유165g, 오징어먹물4g
상온버터20g
1.밀가루, 소금,설탕,이스트 섞기
2.우유에 먹물 섞기
3. 1에 2를 넣고 잘 섞은 다음 버터 넣고 반죽하기
4. 1차발효 1시간
5.16등분해서 둥글리기한후 15분 휴지
6. 둥글게 모양잡아 팬닝한 후 2차 발효 50분
7. 180도 오븐에 15분굽기

*Squid ink roll buns
250 g flour
30g sugar
3g salt
3 g of yeast
20g room temperature butter
165g milk
Squid ink 4g
1. Mix flour, salt, sugar and yeast
2. Mixing ink with milk
3. Add 2 to 1 and mix well, then add butter and knead
4. 1 hour of primary fermentation
5. Divide into 16 equal parts, roll into balls, and let it rest for 15 minutes
6.Reshape and place in pan, secondary fermentation 50 minutes
7. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
