Serves 8-10
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Vermicelli:
-Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 2-3 tbs
-Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) crushed 250g
-Sugar powdered ½ Cup or to taste
-Dry milk powder 1/3 Cup
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) blanched & sliced 2 tbs
Prepare Custard:
-Olper’s Milk 1 litre
-Olpers Cream 1 Cup
-Sugar 1/3 Cup or to taste
-Cornflour 3 tbs
-Custard powder 2 tbs
-Olper’s Milk ¼ Cup
-Badam (Almonds) blanched & sliced
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
-Cham cham

Directions:
Prepare Vermicelli:
-In a wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add vermicelli,mix well & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add sugar and dry milk powder,mix well and cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes while mixing in between.
-Add pistachios,almonds & mix well.
-Take out 1/3rd vermicelli in a bowl & reserve for later use.
-Transfer the remaining vermicelli in a serving dish, & press gently to set a layer.
Prepare Custard:
-In a pot,add milk,cream & whisk well.
-Add sugar,mix well & bring it to boil.
-In a small bowl,add cornflour,custard powder,milk & mix well.
-Now add dissolved mixture in milk,mix well & cook until custard is thick (2-3 minutes).
-Pour hot custard mixture over assembled vermicelli.
-Now add & spread reserved vermicelli over custard layer,cover with cling film & let it cool at room temperature.
-Garnish with almonds,pistachios,cham cham,refrigerate & serve chilled!

-Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2 tbs

-Olpers Cream 1 Cup
-Sugar 1/3 Cup or to taste
-Cornflour 3 tbs
-Custard powder 2 tbs
-Olper’s Milk ¼ Cup
-Badam (Almonds) blanched & sliced
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
-Cham cham

Directions:
Prepare Vermicelli:
-Karahi mein desi ghee dal ker melet ker lein.
-Sawaiyan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Cheeni aur dry milk powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
-Pista aur badam dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-1/3rd sawaiyon ko bowl mein nikal lein aur bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
-Remaining sawaiyon ko serving dish mein dal ker gently press karein aur layer bana lein.
Prepare Custard:
-Pot mein doodh aur cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
-Chotay bowl mein cornflour,custard powder aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab dissolved mixture ko doodh mein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur custard garha ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Hot custard ko assembled sawaiyon ka upper dal dein.
-Ab reserved sawaiyon ko custard ka upper dal ker pheela lein aur cling film sa cover ker ka room temperature per thanda ker lein
-Badam,pista aur cham cham sa garnish ker lein aur thanda ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein.
