Today I am cooking a steak where you can find in any latin restaurant here in Miami, It is steak and onions AKA bistec encebollado! This is quite popular in all latin cafeterias (Restaurants) it's cheap, fast and easy to make. However I also decided to take a step further and make it even better and I show my take on it.

HOW TO COOK LATIN STEAKS
I cooked it for 2:30hrs @ (131°F / 55°C)

* INGREDIENTS * I used for this sous vide cook.
2 N.Y. Strips 2 1/2 inches thick
Seasoned with Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder

Traditional Onion Steak
1 White Sweet Onion
2 tbsp cooking wine (optional)
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Creme de Cebola (Onion Cream)
Steak Bits (chopped finely)
1 White Sweet Onion
2 tbsp worcestershire
2 tbsp cooking wine (optional)
1 cup ricotta cheese
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Keto Cauliflower Rice
1 Cauliflower (Processed)
Salt, Pepper, Cayanne, Paprika, Garlic powder and Onion powder to taste.
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 sharp cheddar cheese
