冬天的時候,我很喜歡在家裡煮一碗大鍋的湯
在餐桌上跟家人一起分享,是件很幸福的事
除了蔥雞湯之外,這道 #蒜頭雞湯 也是我很喜歡的
在餐館喝到的蒜頭雞湯,蒜頭都會先炸過,把蒜頭的香氣提出來
但在家裡,想吃到這樣香氣的蒜頭其實不用那麼麻煩
把蒜頭跟雞肉多炒一下,也能呈現相同的感受!
做料理,總是希望可以用簡單的方式呈現最好的味道
這也是我一直想要跟大家分享的

#姆士流-蒜頭雞湯
食材:
蒜頭、紹興酒、蔥、帶骨雞腿塊2隻
作法:
1.預熱鍋子放入雞腿、鹽巴少許炒出雞油,再放入1/2量蒜仁翻炒出香氣。
2.將蔥切蔥花備用。
3.同鍋放入清水適量、餘量蒜仁滾煮約10分鐘,再放入紹興酒、蔥花,待酒精揮發即完成。
