Ingredients :
200g glutinous rice flour (糯米粉)
50g hot water (热水)
70-80ml water (清水)

Filling (馅料):
60g black sesame powder ( 黑芝麻粉)
30g Icing sugar (糖粉)
50g peanut butter (幼滑花生酱)

Coating (沾皮料):
100g peanut - fried till fragrant , peeled and grounded (花生,炒香去衣磨碎)
20g caster sugar (细砂糖)
