材料:桂皮1片、丁香5粒(藥房買)、白胡椒粒1大匙、枸杞1大匙、八角2粒、桂圓乾2塊、肉桂葉2片(藥房買)、豬肋排10根、蒜球2顆、水、鹽、魚露、胡椒粉、油條、白飯、甜醬油
1. 製作滷包:桂皮1片、丁香5粒、白胡椒1大匙、枸杞1大匙、八角2粒、桂圓乾2塊、肉桂葉2片
2. 滾水燙豬肋排,等回滾後撈起,放進冷水裡洗乾淨
3. 豬肋排放入壓力鍋中,加水(約比肉高出一倍的量)
4. 加入滷包、一匙白胡椒粒、一匙魚露、蒜球2顆
5. 燉煮20分鐘即可完成
