Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) 1
-Tamatar (Tomato) half
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 small
-Pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ¼ tsp or to taste
-Anday (Eggs) 2-3
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Bread slices 2
-Cheddar cheese slice 1
-Mozzarella cheese as required
-Chaat masala to taste
-Mozzarella cheese as required
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped

Directions:
-Deseed green chilli,tomato,chop finely & set aside.
-Finely chop onion & set aside.
-In a small jug/glass,add chopped vegetables,pink salt,black pepper powder,red chilli powder,red chilli crushed,eggs,fresh coriander,whisk well & set aside.
-Heat griddle,add cooking oil,pour egg mixture & spread evenly.
-Add bread slices,turn the sides & flip.
-Add cheddar cheese slice,grated mozzarella cheese,chaat masala then cover with top bread slice to make a sandwich.
-Add grated mozzarella cheese & spring onion leaves.
-Cut into pieces & serve with raita or chutney!

-Pyaz ko finely chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Chotay jug/glass mein chopped vegetables,pink salt,kali mirch powder,lal mirch powder,lal mirch crushed,anday aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Tawa garam karein,cooking oil dal ker anday ak mixture dal dein aur evenly pheela lein.
-Bread slices rakh dein aur sides ko fold ker ka flip ker lein.
-Cheddar cheese slice,grated mozzarella cheese aur chaat masala dal dein aur dosray bread slice sa cover ka sandwich tayyar ker lein.
-Grated mozzarella cheese & hara pyaz leaves dal dein.
-Pieces mein cut ker lein,raita or chutney ka saath serve karein!
