In this tutorial you'll learn how to make the origami Magic Ball step by step. My method is different from other tutorials on youtube because I don't make the diagonal pre-creases, so it's quicker and a lot more fun to make! (however, it can be considered an advanced method)
The original name of this model is "Dragon's Egg", but it got popular on the internet as the "Magic Ball". It's made from a repetition of a simple pattern known as the "waterbomb base".
Tape or glue is required to connect the ends. If you use glue, overlap the ends on the matching pattern.
