今天給大家用茄子做一道茄子餅吃,可以當作早餐,美味又營養。
1.準備1--2個粗一點的茄子,去掉兩端,再切成0.8厘米左右的厚片;放到鹽水中浸泡5分鐘;
2.準備半個胡蘿蔔,切成小碎丁;準備一根火腿腸,切成小碎丁;切點蔥花;把它們都裝入碗中備用;
3.用勺子把茄子中間挖空;把挖出來的茄子切成小丁,裝入碗中;
4.在碗中加入3個雞蛋,攪拌均勻;加適量的食鹽和胡椒粉,最後加1勺麵粉,攪拌均勻;
5.電餅鐺提前預熱刷油,放入茄子圈,把麵糊放在茄子圈裡(不要放的太滿);蓋上蓋子燜2分鐘;重複翻面,煎至兩面金黃,全程需要大概4分鐘。
