一款来自日本的甜点：在繁星坠落的夜晚。原版大概是羊羹一类的甜品，因为仅仅是限量60份销售，所以我也不知道它具体是什么滋味，只能尽自己最大的努力去还原成果冻的样子啦。如果哪位小伙伴住在日本可以尝到原版希望可以留言告诉我味道怎么样！

This is a limited edition of a Japanese Yokan type of dessert. I have been trying my best to replicate it. I would still recommend anyone who is interested in this type of dessert to try the original and let me know how does it taste like compared to mine!

【食材/Ingredients】
每两份：
透明部分：寒天粉（非寒天果冻粉）1/2茶匙，糖25g，清水210g，日式起泡清酒30g
蓝/紫色部分：茶匙寒天粉（非寒天果冻粉）1/2茶匙，糖25g，清水240g，蝶豆花6粒，柠檬汁1/2茶匙
点缀：糖桂花或可食用金箔
注：1茶匙=5毫升

Per two servings:
Transparent kanten jelly: ½ tsp kanten powder, sugar 25g, water 210g, sparkling sake 30g
Blue/purple kanten jelly: ½ tsp kanten powder, sugar 25g, water 240g, 6 butterfly pea petals, lemon juice ½ tsp
Decoration: sweet osmanthus or edible gold powder
