Today I’m going to be sharing with you how to make my easy and delicious white chocolate chocoflan, also know as the impossible cake! If you like white chocolate and red velvet cake, you are going to loooove this cake it’s perfect 🤩 its not too sweet which makes each bite enjoyable! Tip!!! Get creative and decorate your chocoflan 😉 also eat more than one slice, this time of year that is totally acceptable, also refrigerate after it has cooled down and enjoy every bite with a glass of milk or a cup of cafe de olla 😊💕

Ingredients:
1 cup of sugar or caramel
For the white chocolate flan :
1-1/2 to 2 cups of white chocolate the one I used in video is my absolute favorite brand 😀
4 eggs at room temp
4 oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 - 1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 box red velvet cake mix and necessary ingredients
1 serving of love 💕
