• 물 50ml
• 식소다 10g
만들기
1. 냄비에 물, 설탕 넣고 가만히 불을 킨다 (젓지 마세요)
2. 중약불에서 노르스름해질 때까지 끓인다 (너무 색이 짙어지면 쓴맛남)
3. 노르스름해지면 식소다 넣고 겁내 젓는다
4. 종이호일 위에 붓고 식혀서 깨먹는다
5. 냉동보관한다 (설탕이라 금세 녹고 끈적거림)
