영국에만 있으면서 저희는 매일 매일 한국 음식이 점점 더 그리웠어요. 그래서 영국에서 직접 이삭 토스트와 한국 치킨을 만들어먹었는데, 이번엔 드디어 한국의 숯불 고깃집을 직접 차려서 한국 고기 끝판왕, 마블링 폭발 한우를 먹어봤어요!

손재주가 뛰어나신 DIY의 귀재, 저희 친구 아담의 아버님께 저희가 한국 불판 테이블을 만드는 걸 도와주실 수 있을지 여쭤봤어요. 그리고 그날 저녁, 저희는 영국에서 가장 독점적인 식당을 열 수 있었답니다.

Every day we miss Korean food more and more, and so after remaking Isaac’s Toast and Korean Fried Chicken, we turn to the renowned Korean BBQ, in it’s ultimate form: beautifully marbled beef over charcoal 😍.

After talking to our friend Adam we decided to ask his Dad, a DIY Genius, if he could help us recreate a Korean BBQ restaurant table, and by the end of the day we were ready to open London’s most exclusive Korean BBQ restaurant!
