Every year I pick wid choke cherries to make jam. I love the tart flavour it produces..great with toast, excellent on pancakes and vanilla ice-cream.
I made a small batch as I did not have enough time over the weekend to pick more, I shall try to pick more wild choke cherries...and I hope to make wine with them.
My mom had a very good story about making her own homemade wine with choke cherries...I was 14 years old and while she was about to bottle the fermented wine...me and dad wanted a taste test..I wasn't allowed to drink and the small glass I had really knocked me out. Hence I got really sick ... I did not attend school the next morning.
I really enjoy my time spent with mom...she is always telling so many stories.. I feel I should just leave my camera on without her knowing as she feels very shy when she knows the camera is rolling.

It had been years since I tried the hula hoop, so I decided to have some fun. My girl Miss Snow had no idea what to expect...but I think she joined the fun and performed at her best...Kimber didn't phase at all with the Hula hoop, for an old girl she was easier trained than the little white fluff. We had so much fun.

I hope you all enjoyed this video..It is hard to find more time to film as I am still working long hours at work. I am so thankful to all my wonderful viewers, you make my day and my week hearing all your supportive and beautiful thoughts and comments. And many always check up on me and this makes me feel very happy...

Take care my friends and see you very soon...
Love, Lisette...Kimber and Miss Snow :)
