Resep Misoa Ayam Kecap (untuk 4 porsi)
Bahan:
400 gr paha ayam filet
1 sdm saus tiram
2 sdt kecap ikan
3 sdm kecap manis
2 sdt kecap hitam, opsional
2 sdt minyak wijen
Bahan lainnya:
75 ml minyak
2 batang daun bawang
7 siung bawang putih
8 siung bawang merah
4 cm jahe
200 ml air
½ sdt kaldu bubuk / penyedap
¼ sdt merica
2 sdt gula pasir
4 porsi misoa / mie basah
Bahan pelengkap:
Sambal cabai rawit
Kuah kaldu ayam, opsional
Bawang goreng
Langkah:
1. Keringkan ayam lalu potong kotak kecil, sisihkan
2. Geprek dan cincang bawang putih, iris bawang merah, daun bawang, dan geprek jahe
3. Panaskan minyak tumis bawang merah hingga wangi lalu masukkan bawang putih, jahe, dan daun bawang, tumis hingga wangi
4. Masukkan ayam, masak beberapa saat kemudian masukkan kecap ikan, kecap manis, saus tiram, minyak wijen, kecap hitam dan air, aduk rata
5. Tambahkan kaldu bubuk, merica, dan gula pasir, masak hingga mengental dan meresap
6. Didihkan air, rebus misoa beberapa saat atau hingga matang kemudian bilas dengan air matang
7. Pindahkan misoa ke dalam mangkuk lalu beri topping ayam, bawang goreng, daun bawang, dan sambal rawit
8. Sajikan dengan kuah kaldu jika ingin berkuah
9. Misoa ayam kecap siap disajikan

Soy Chicken Misoa Recipe (yield 4 servings)
Ingredients:
400 g chicken thigh fillet
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp fish sauce
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
2 tsp dark soy sauce, optional
2 tsp sesame oil
Other ingredients:
75 ml oil
2 pc green onions
7 clove garlic
8 pc shallot
4 cm ginger
200 ml water
½ tsp stock powder / MSG
¼ tsp pepper
2 tsp sugar
4 serving misoa / fresh noodles
Condiments:
Thai Chili Sambal
Chicken stock, optional
Fried shallots
Steps:
1. Pat the chicken dry, then small dice. Set aside.
2. Pound and mince the garlic. Slice the shallots, green onions, and pound the ginger.
3. Heat the oil and stir fry the shallots until fragrant. Then, add garlic, ginger, and green onions. Cook until fragrant.
4. Add the chicken. Cook for a moment, then add fish sauce, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, dark soy sauce, and water. Stir well.
5. Add stock powder, pepper, and sugar. Cook until thick and flavorful.
5. Boil water and cook the Misoa for a moment or until cooked. Rinse with mineral water.
7. Transfer Misoa into a bowl. Add chicken topping, fried shallots, green onions, and Thai Chili Sambal.
8. Serve with chicken stock for the Soupy version.
9. Soy Chicken Misoa is ready to serve.
