아마 한국에선 알려진게 없어서 잘 모르실수도 있겠지만
어느정도 중국 음식과 비슷하면서 너무 중국음식 스럽지 않고 적당한 향신료 조화로
한국 사람들의 입맛에는 너무 잘 맛는 그런 음식입니다!

I'm sure there are people who have never heard of Uyghur before but
they cooking amazing asian food! and noodles are all handmade.. such a hard work.
